Job Description
  • Provide assistance to the Sales & Mktg. Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.

  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

  • Collate and maintaining client information in the database.

  • Assist the Sales & Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

  • Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Provide daily support of business operations to customers.

  • Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg. or similar field preferred.

  • Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
