The provision will ensure that all branch couriers and staff will have the necessary tools to carry out their tasks. For instance, Unli SMS and calls to all networks mean that communication between the courier and their branches as well as the customers themselves will be vastly improved. Unli data services on the other hand, will enable the couriers to better reach their customers as their access to navigational apps such as Maps and Waze will be more efficient.

J&T Express donates to Taal victims

Taguig City, January 16, 2020 – J&T Express, the leading e-Commerce delivery company in Southeast Asia, provided relief operations to aide the people affected by the eruption of Taal volcano.

 

The donation was made to the municipality of Nasugbu in Batangas. The relief goods, mostly consisting of essentials such as water, canned goods and biscuits, were donated in close coordination with the local government officers.

 

“We are one with the people of Batangas in this time of need. We hope that these items we donated will help brings some relief to the many families affected by this calamity,” said Zoe Chi, vice president of J&T Express Philippines. “This is our way of helping ease the pain and suffering of Filipinos living in and around the affected areas.”

 

J&T Express Philippines also donated boxes of water, tons of rice, clothes and continuously provides assistance to Shandong Chamber of e-Commerce to deliver the relief goods for free.

 

J&T Express Philippines is willing to allocate trucks to assist any organization who would like to conduct relief operations for the severely affected areas.

(SDN) — On March 2, the Philippines welcomed new e-commerce express delivery company.

It’s name is J&T Express, which is said to be “the number one e-commerce express delivery in Southeast Asia (SEA).”

The company, established in Hong Kong, SAR Region, in 2015 runs on technology, relying on the internet for its operation 365 days a year, serving its customers year-round. It does not rest on weekends and holidays either.

Country’s Top Influencers say customer satisfaction is key to E-commerce success

December 11, 2019 – Taguig, Philippines – J&T Express and WorldVision recently brought he holiday cheer to some 30 children, all between the ages of 5 to 7 years old. The children were all from the Baseco Port in Manila.

 

The partnership was in line with J&T Express’ corporate social responsibility of helping children in need by giving a chance to enjoy the warmth and spirit of the season. The kids were joined by 11 volunteers from J&T Express. During the event, the kids were treated to a lunch, games and gift-giving. The children also performed a dance number as part of the program’s intermission.
